Helen’s Beet Spread

This is a traditional Ukrainian beet spread for crusty bread or crackers made by
Helen Ivashyna, a graduate student in Physics at UMO.

You’ll need:

            3 medium sized beets, cooked, peeled, and grated
            2 cloves of garlic, minced
            Enough mayonnaise mixed in for a nice spreading texture
            Salt and Pepper to taste.


Stir to finish this neon pink spread.
