Tomato dill salad with orange vinaigrette

 

Chop up 3 large tomatoes into ½ inch chunks. Mince 1 bunch of dill weed and toss with the tomatoes.

Mix a splash of rice wine vinegar, a splash of orange juice, a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of sugar, and salt and pepper to taste.

Toss all together and serve as a side salad.
